Get ready for a rollercoaster ride through the crypto jungle! Today, AAVE, APT, and BEAM are strutting their stuff as the top dogs among the biggest 100 altcoins.

Bitcoin's been on a bit of a wild ride, swooping below that $60,000 mark a couple of times in the past 24 hours. But fear not, our resilient friend has bounced back with over $1,500 in gains, now chilling around $61,500.

Meanwhile, the altcoin scene is looking fresh and green today, with DOGE, SHIB, and LINK leading the pack among the big players.

This week hasn't been a walk in the park for Bitcoin, with Sunday seeing highs above $66,000 before things went south. Monday had it dipping to $63,000, a brief flirtation with $64,000, then a slide down to $62,000 on Tuesday, and the decline continued through Wednesday and Thursday. It even hit a three-week low, dipping beneath $60,000. But just when you thought it was down for the count, the bulls charged in to save the day, pushing BTC up by over $1,500.

Bitcoin's market cap has zoomed up by over $20 billion since yesterday, now cozying up to $1.220 trillion. However, it's lost a bit of its grip on the altcoin scene, with dominance slipping to 54.4%.

Most of the altcoins followed in Bitcoin's footsteps, taking a dip but now finding their way back into the green. ETH is inching closer to $2,400, BNB touched $550, and Solana, Ripple, Tron, and Bitcoin Cash are all enjoying similar overnight gains.

But the real showstoppers are Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, Chainlink, Cardano, and Avalanche, with Aptos skyrocketing by 10% to nearly $9, and BEAM and AAVE each jumping 9.5%.

The entire crypto market cap has ballooned by around $40 billion in just a day, now standing tall at $2.240 trillion.

Stay tuned for more thrilling updates from the ever-exciting world of crypto!
